Reputedly Charles Dickens favourite spot, this cosy corner extends from the old fireplace back to hold large parties, as well as small. Easily sectioned off and available for full or partial hire, Dickens Corner sits opposite our main bar, so you get all the atmosphere the Turks can provide and access to our full range of brews.

Booking Bits

Do I need to pay a deposit for Christmas bookings?

Yes – for Christmas parties and festive group bookings, we require a £10 per person deposit, which is fully redeemable against your bill on the day of your booking.

How do I pay my deposit?

The easiest way is via a secure online payment link, which we’ll send directly to you.

If you require an invoice, please note that cleared funds must be received at least two weeks before your booking date.

Do I need to pre-order festive food?

Yes – during the festive season, group bookings are required to pre-order food to help everything run smoothly.

Our Christmas Feast Menu and Festive Sharing Boards are available by pre-order only, with choices usually requested 7–10 days before your booking.
